My name is Alicia Bell. I am an Assistant Principal here at Scottsboro High School and the Career Technical Director.
I graduated from Scottsboro High School in 1989 and attended Auburn
University. I received a BS in Accounting from Auburn in 1993 and a
Masters in Mathematics Education in 1994. I received an add on to my
Masters in the Administrative field from Jacksonville State in 2002. I
am currently attending the University of West Alabama pursuing an
Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership.
I have 18 years of classroom experience: four years at Arab High
School and fourteen at Scottsboro High School. I am in my fifth year as
an administrator and am enjoying the challenge.
I am married to Brett Bell and have two daughters, Courtney and Carley. Courtney is an 11th grader and Carley is an 9th grader.
I attend St. Luke's Episcopal Church. I am also a member of Delta
Kappa Gamma, and I currently serve on the Goosepond Colony Board and the
IMPACT learning center board.
